John Lazar

John Lazar has worked for the Los Angeles Daily News as a photographer and videographer for over a decade, capturing iconic images in pop-culture and political life. In recent years, he has been able to bring his experience to the classroom by teaching Photojournalism at California State University at Long Beach.

Laura Luongo

In her almost 30 years as a red-carpet photographer, Laura Luongo has worked in New York’s hippest nightclubs and captured Hollywood’s hottest celebs at private parties the rest of us only dream of attending (or not).  She has photographed A-list celebrities ranging from Madonna and Sean Penn to Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.  In one memorable shoot, she captured Hillary Clinton, Whoopee Goldberg and Barbara Streisand, all on the same stage.   Her work has been featured in top newspapers and magazines around the world, including People, George, Vogue, Detour and many international publications.  ‘My parents expected me to bring home nice, fat Italian babies,’ she says.  ‘I brought home a big fat camera bag, instead.’
