Ellie Pritts

Ellie Pritts was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois She began her formal photography education at age 14 in the Columbia College High School Institute summer program. Immediately enamored with the darkroom, Ellie continued to take advanced film photography classes throughout her teenage years.She spent over 6 years solely dedicated to mastering both color and black and white film photography, taking classes at multiple colleges and universities in the Chicago area. She is now a professional photographer working for Time Out Chicago with a broad body of work, from rock concerts to marathons and everything in between.
