Robin Hill is an experienced and respected Photographer specializing in Architecture, Design and Fine Art. His Photography is characterized by a strong sense of color and geometry, which combined with a masterful understanding of light and shadow helps to create a sense of drama and excitement.

Hill started out as a portrait photographer 21 years ago in London, England. Leaving for warmer weather in the United States, he soon became a well known travel photographer specializing in the Caribbean and Florida. Realizing that his true passion was in Architecture, Hill adapted his style, breathing fresh air into Architectural Photography.  His particular style did not go unnoticed by some of the greatest names in Architecture, including Frank Gehry, Cesar Pelli, Maya Lin and Arquitectonica.

Hill’s artistic flair for Architecture has also landed him on the walls of some of the most prestigious Museums in the country, including the Guggenheim (upcoming 2009 show on Frank Lloyd Wright in New York and Bilbao) Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, The Municipal Art Society, Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale.Hill has a particular interest in the preservation of 20th century Architecture and is well known for his photographs depicting MiMo (Miami Modern) buildings that have been reproduced around the world in countless publications.

Hill is the owner of Robin Hill & Co, inc Photography, which is based in Miami Beach. He is also the TV host of the ‘Emmy’ award winning PBS show, ART 360, which covers the Arts in South Florida. Working both sides of the camera has given a Hill a rare viewpoint and an empathetic understanding of the different roles that are necessary in achieving a successful result from a photo shoot.
