This field session will focus on photographing flowers and making close-up, abstract and photo impressionistic images. Tulips may be the main attraction but several other spring flowers will be in bloom at this time of the year.

Field instruction will include demonstrations, tips on visualization, and the opportunity to receive immediate feedback on your technique and compositions.

It is recommended that participants own a tripod, SLR camera and have a lens with close focusing capability. Extensions tubes or close-ups filters will be handy if you don't own a macro lens. But your instructor can provide some of the equipment that would be helpful.
